| Iain Steele, Chairman |
Mr Steele is the Chairman at ConnXion Limited. He has an extensive background in IT and telecommunications having
worked as a consultant to several major regional telecommunications and equipment vendors. He is director of ACL-Global, a private
company specialising in the provision of applications and content to the education sector.
He brings to the company considerable enterprise sales and marketing experience. He has post-graduate qualifications
in business and marketing and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

| David Colvin, Chief Executive Officer |
|
Mr Colvin is the Chief Executive Officer at ConnXion Limited. He joined ConnXion as Chief Operating
Officer in November 2003, responsible for managing the company’s operations and delivering the revenue line.
Mr Colvin was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2004.
Mr. Colvin has over 20 years experience as both a CEO and Sales Director within Australian IT companies. One of
these companies was a software reseller business that was ultimately acquired by the NASDAQ-listed Software
Spectrum. Following the acquisition, he acted in the capacity of Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific
region building a $100 million business with representation across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and China.
Mr Colvin brings a proven entrepreneurial capability and significant sales and marketing expertise to ConnXion Limited.

| Peter Hawkins, Non-Executive Director |
Mr. Hawkins was appointed to the board in March 2003 and has over 30 years diverse corporate experience. He has held numerous positions
as Managing Director or Partner in several firms and has been part of the successful establishment and growth of a number of public
and private companies. Mr Hawkins has been a member of the Australian Stock Exchange since 1970.
He is past Deputy Chairman of the Western Australia TAB and past Chairman of the Stock Exchange Perth Limited. Mr Hawkins is currently a
consultant with Paterson Securities Limited and holds Executive and Non-Executive directorships of several private and non listed public
companies and is a Non-Executive director of ConnXion Limited. Mr Hawkins holds a bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

| Frank Favretto, Non-Executive Director |
|
Mr. Frank Favretto has been a director since June 1999. Mr Favretto
was the architect behind the company's restructuring in 2003. Mr. Favretto has in depth knowledge of all aspects of
the company's business and has a strong background in the management and development of technology companies.
He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of investment banking experience including 10 years
as a Director and Executive Vice President of Bankers Trust Australia Limited. Mr. Favretto also currently serves
as the Chairman of Onerail Limited, an international technology company. Mr. Favretto brings considerable board and
management experience to ConnXion Limited.

| John McCormack, Chief Financial Officer |
Mr John McCormack, B Bus. (Accounting) CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at ConnXion Limited. He joined
ConnXion as Chief Financial Officer in April 2007, responsible for managing the company’s financial
reporting, managing the finance department, statutory reporting and Human Resources.
Mr McCormack has broad experience across a number of industries and several years experience as
Financial Controller within Australian IT companies. One of these companies was in the software reseller
market operating in Australia and New Zealand that was ultimately acquired by the NASDAQ-listed Software
Spectrum. Following the acquisition, he acted in the capacity of Financial Controller for the Asia-Pacific region. Mr McCormack completed the Bachelor of Business, at the University of Technology, Sydney. Mr McCormack brings solid financial and management experience to ConnXion Limited.

| Mike Markham, Chief Technology Officer |
|
Mr Markham entered the computing industry after completing an honours degree at Oxford University and has been involved
in IT development and consulting for some 30 years.
He has managed several large software development projects within the financial services sector. These included
one of the world's first 'home banking' systems, an international network for a large Australian insurer, and
a transaction processing system for one of the world's largest banking groups incorporating
several mainframe complexes, over 25,000 banking terminals and some two hundred development staff. He also
has considerable experience in IT consulting at board and senior management level.
Mr Markham brings considerable technical and management experience to ConnXion Limited.

| Robert Newell, Systems Development Manager |
Robert is responsible for the management, architecture, and future direction of ConnXion's software platform.
Robert has extensive knowledge across all ConnXion systems and products having been closely involved with
their design and development since joining ConnXion in 2003.
Prior to joining ConnXion, Robert spent 6 years in management before graduating from Wollongong University
in Computer Science. Since then Robert has held various development, design, and architecture positions
within the IT industry.
Robert brings to ConnXion an innate understanding and enthusiam for technology.

| Jean-Pierre Le Loch, Application Development Manager |
|
Jean-Pierre (or simply JP) is a project management specialist focused on the delivery of customised turnkey solutions
for corporations. He has built a significant experience in the industry of “software as a service” and integration
over the years.
He now manages a team that develops the applications for customers (SchemaPaks), and he also implements turn-key
solutions involving multiple suppliers.
He studied in Paris, France (M.Sc./M.Eng.), and has been living in Sydney since 1999.

| Chris Vanderlaan, General Manager Operations and Partner Services |
Chris is responsible for ConnXion’s Operations, and for managing and supporting ConnXion’s partner network. Chris
has extensive experience in the IT sector, management consulting and industry. Having already performed in sales
and professional services roles within ConnXion, Chris is charged with managing and driving ConnXion’s operational
profitability, as well as developing business through our local and international partner channels.
As a professional engineer and supply chain expert, after 10 years in industry, Chris moved into management
consulting where he managed supply chain and business improvement projects, supporting numerous large scale IT
implementations. Since then, Chris has focused on selling and delivering technology based solutions either directly,
or through partner channels into numerous industries, including government, utilities, manufacturing, logistics and publishing.

| Karen Stephenson, Client Relations Manager |
|
Karen Stephenson has been working with ConnXion and its associate companies since July 1999, both in Australia and Europe.
Following several successful years in marketing, events and tourism she joined the company as an account manager seeking
business opportunities and developing strategies for mass electronic communication. She is now responsible for support
and development of ConnXion’s clients, the controlled migration of document delivery from paper to electronic means and
corporate marketing.
Karen brings with her a wealth of experience in the product from a client usage perspective. She has a comprehensive
understanding of the needs of businesses and the ways in which ConnXion’s product can be configured to serve them and
to provide true innovation in the way business is conducted.
